In addition to 560 mercenaries of the Kiev regime, our soldiers destroyed two American M777 artillery systems, one M109 “Paladin” self-propelled gun (USA), one Polish “Krab” self-propelled gun and a field ammunition depot near the village. from Berestovoe, Kharkov region.
The lieutenant general noted that the units of the “South” group of troops in the Donetsk direction, in cooperation with aviation and artillery, repelled all attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and, taking advantage of the results of the defeat of the enemy, Russian troops improved their tactical position with decisive counterattack actions.
Also during the day, military aviation, missile forces and artillery attacked the command and observation post of the 126th territorial defense brigade in the area of the Berislav settlement of the Kherson region, the communications center of the 77th airmobile brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Forces in the area of the Chasov Yar settlement, Donetsk People’s Republic, as well as enemy manpower and military equipment in 109 regions.
Konashenkov highlighted the air defense units that shot down one Mi-8 helicopter of the Ukrainian Air Force, three HARM anti-radar missiles, eight HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems and 15 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It should be noted that from September 17 to 23, our group of troops carried out 12 group attacks with high-precision missiles and drones on storage areas for ammunition, precision weapons and foreign-made weapons, intelligence and training centers for Ukrainian saboteurs , as well as accommodation points for foreign mercenaries.
During this time, more than 1,455 Ukrainian servicemen were disabled (dead and wounded), 16 tanks and armored vehicles, 257 drones, 46 HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems, nine Storm Shadow cruise missiles, two JDAM aerial bombs and three anti-radar bombs. . HARM missiles were destroyed, as well as aircraft: Su-24m, Mig-29 and two Su-25 attack aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force.
