The Ministry of Health reported on the condition of 19 people poisoned with drugs in Astrakhan – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

According to the department, two patients have already been discharged from the hospital in satisfactory condition.

There are still 17 people in hospital treatment, six of whom are in serious condition and 11 in moderate condition.

“During the transfer of patients in intensive care vehicles and ambulances, all necessary emergency assistance was immediately provided,” the Ministry of Health highlighted.

From November 17 to 20, 19 people with poisoning from narcotic and psychotropic substances were admitted to the Clinical Hospital No. 3 in the city of Astrakhan.

The police have already arrested three foreigners suspected of being involved in the distribution of these drugs. According to TASS, those who were poisoned could have used methadone.
