Russian midfielder of Real Sociedad Zakharyan infected with coronavirus

The Russian midfielder of the Spanish club Real Sociedad Arsen Zakharyan suffers from coronavirus.

Previously, the 20-year-old footballer missed the team’s last match against Getafe in the national championship.

“Arsene is recovering from the coronavirus, he still has to work with the team. We still cannot say when he will be able to play again,” TASS quotes the response from the club’s press service.

This season, Zakharyan played three games for Real Sociedad, in which he could not score any effective action.

The San Sebastian team occupies eleventh position in the Spanish Championship standings, after having added six points in five rounds.
