To accompany a glass of wine (and better yet, more than one), chef Anton Vedmedenko has developed new autumn proposals. These include smoked duck carpaccio, eclairs with stewed beef cheeks, roasted artichokes with citrus labneh, and a balanced salad with avocado, zucchini, lettuce, and edamame. Chef Dmitry Gusarov and pastry chef Diana Kitaeva will delight guests with fresh dishes. The first is inspired by seasonal vegetables: roasted tomatoes complement burrata from local farmers, kale rolls are cooked with beef and served with parmesan mousse. For a main course, try the duck breast with seasonal carrots and cranberry sauce. New additions are also added to the dessert menu: peanut cheesecake on a sand chocolate base with a layer of salted caramel and crushed peanuts, and the “Shu” cake with chocolate custard and lemon cream with meringue. You will not be indifferent to this simple but timeless delicacy: chocolate cottage cheese filled with cheese, cherries and tea rose petals.
The updates also affected the lunch menu, which is available daily from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The new project is the result of a collaboration between the restaurant group Pinski Gastronomic House and the brewing company AB InBev Efes. The spirit of European brewing here is embedded not only in the interior details and atmosphere, but also in the menu. Chef Konstantin Pavlenko added recognizable European touches to traditional Belgian dishes. So we got steak salad with fennel, chicken liver pate, hummus with burnt ramiro pepper. And where would we be without the main dish of Belgian cuisine? The waffles here are served with beef and barbecue sauce. The bar’s extensive menu includes around 200 types of beer, as a worthy accompaniment to each dish.

The caneles were named after popular anime characters: Totoro, Naruto, Bulbasaur. Among sweets, look for flavors like Japanese liqueur, sakura and lime, and candied lemon buttercream. The restaurant’s popular rice with eel became the prototype for canele with avocado, yuzu juice and eel cap with unagi sauce, and canele with tuna in spicy sauce and unagi and stuffed with cottage cheese and wasabi, an interpretation of the popular menu rolls. . You can try new items until October 1st in all RA’MEN without exception.

The autumn inspiration did not escape pastry chef Irina Lysenko, so several new desserts were introduced to the menu at once. The mushroom, hazelnut and tonka bean tartlet stands out especially. The caramel here is made from chanterelles and walnut and mushroom praline. The hero of the season, figs, also appear on the menu in the form of a tart filled with red wine, crunchy parmesan and cream cheese cream.

Together with the trainers of the Kometa Black gym, Arina Zhuravleva prepared breakfasts. The menu was put together by “everyday hedonists”, so you can’t give up sugar and carbohydrates. You should try cottage cheese casserole with Greek yogurt and berries, buckwheat porridge with seasonal mushrooms, spinach and poached egg, and carrot cake with cottage cheese cream, berries and sea buckthorn sorbet. For those who prefer a hearty breakfast, there is vegetable lasagna with vegetables and chicken and steak salad with vegetables and herbs. The special menu is valid until October 8 from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 18:00 and on weekends from 10:00 to 18:00.
