On September 22, the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a missile attack on Sevastopol. Seven cruise missiles were shot down by air defense systems, but two hit the naval headquarters building. There was a fire that was extinguished the day before.
After the missile attack on the city, Sevastopol residents spontaneously organized a flash mob singing the song “The legendary Sevastopol, impregnable to enemies,” which is the anthem of the city of sailors. The inhabitants’ initiative was supported by local television channels and the song is performed throughout the city.
