An example of fruitful interaction, according to the governor, was the cooperation of the Nizhny Novgorod Scientific and Educational Center (REC) with the International Technological Union of Guangdong Province of China.

“It is extremely important for us to establish new relations with Chinese partners. The key project of the educational technological ecosystem of the region will be the NEIMARK IT campus, which we are already building on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin within the framework of the national project “Science and Universities”. NEIMARK is capable of creating a new generation of engineers. I invite major Chinese companies to participate in the joint process of developing the workforce of the future! I also suggest that forum participants use the capabilities of our “H2O Technopark” when developing production. This will make it possible to create a research center on the territory of the Kulibin SEZ for the development of innovative solutions in the field of chemistry,” said Gleb Nikitin.

The governor listed a number of advantages of the region that contribute to the development of mutually beneficial cooperation. Among them are favorable transport and geographical location, which make the Nizhny Novgorod region a key transport hub of the country.
