During the four days of operation, the Uralchem stand was visited by more than 37 thousand residents of Perm and guests of the city. They were able to receive advice on issues of interest regarding the group’s divisions located in the Perm region. Most of the visitors to the stand were interested in the most in-demand professions, opportunities for practical training and paid internships, as well as the availability of specialized educational institutions.
– Our stand aroused great interest from schoolchildren and students. The company’s mission “A world without hunger” is close to youth: it is important that active young people realize that they are contributing to the solution of a global problem,” says Maria Momotyuk, director of educational projects at Uralchem JSC: “Visitors to the stand were eager to find out who could work at Uralchem. We help them navigate educational paths in in-demand specialties at all levels, including training directly in our companies.
Among the guests at the stand, the master classes “Treasures of the Perm Sea” by Uralkali and “Creation of complex fertilizers for houseplants” by Uralchem, as well as a quiz with questions on erudition in the field of natural sciences, aroused great interest . . Participants received prizes for correct answers. The bravest ones went down to the potash mine with virtual reality glasses and watched how the mining harvesters worked.
– I am glad to do an internship at Uralchem. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working in such a large company. My impressions are the most positive: my senior colleagues support me in everything. I hope that in these three months I can prove myself and find a permanent job here”, – intern at the PMU branch of Uralchem JSC, fourth-year student at the Perm State National Research University Maria Nikolaeva.
