In Krasnoyarsk, a passenger was tried for reporting on the attack on a plane – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

The incident in the airspace occurred on August 29. A 39-year-old Siberian man began to behave inappropriately during the flight, tried to start a fight with the flight attendant and announced an explosive device on the plane; according to the man, he mined the plane with his bare hands. The crew neutralized the violent passenger by tying him with belts. At the Krasnoyarsk airport, law enforcement officers were waiting for the disinformer.

Law enforcement authorities have opened a criminal case against the airline passenger for knowingly falsely reporting an act of terrorism, Siberian transport police said.

The investigation has already concluded. The case materials have been sent to the court.
