Five soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces repelled an attack by 12 attack aircraft of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and forced them to flee – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

The attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine was repelled by a unit of the 37th Separate Guards Motor Rifle Brigade under the command of a deputy platoon commander with the call sign “Bolshoi”.

It is noted that the “Bolshoi” was in sight of the enemy and constantly fired at it, and two more fighters attacked the attack aircraft of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the flanks from shelters.

According to the platoon commander, when the Ukrainian military began to retreat, a mortar began firing at them.

“The unit acted coherently, as a single organism. No one abandoned the battle or retreated, maintaining their positions and making the enemy flee,” explained the Ministry of Defense.

The department added that the servicemen were awarded the Order of Courage for their bravery and professionalism.
