Dyukov spoke about Karpin’s possible resignation as head coach of the Russian national team

RFU President Alexander Dyukov answered whether Valery Karpin will leave the position of coach of the Russian national team in the near future.

Previously, the specialist did not rule out that he could leave his position in the national team and in Rostov.

“He did not tell me this, I have not heard such statements,” RIA Novosti quotes Dyukov.

Let us remember that Karpin led the Russian team in July 2021. The team could not participate in the 2022 World Cup play-offs and misses out on qualifying for the 2024 Euro Cup.
