As State Duma deputy Yana Lantratova explained, the victim came to his reception last fall. She reported that she was hit by a scooter right in the pedestrian zone. The resulting injuries resulted in disability. And the person responsible for the accident did not even provide first aid and refuses to compensate for the damage caused.

“As a result of a long process, we still managed to obtain compensation for moral and material damage! I thank the prosecutor’s office of the Chelyabinsk region for its help,” the deputy said on her page on social networks.
