Blinken: The United States has banned a colonel and a corporal from the Russian Armed Forces from entering the country – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

Russian Armed Forces Colonel Azatbek Omurbekov and Corporal Daniil Frolkin were blacklisted. These soldiers, according to the US State Department, are “involved in serious human rights violations.”

Washington claimed that the Russians committed illegal actions in the village of Andreevka, kyiv region.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky signed two new decrees imposing sanctions against 108 Russians and 37 companies (most of them charitable foundations). The blacklist included the head of the LPR Leonid Pasechnik, the head of Crimea Sergei Aksenov, the former Prime Minister of Ukraine Nikolai Azarov and others.
