Aviasales and Start told how Russians watch movies while traveling

Aviasales and online cinema Start conducted a survey and found out how Russians combine watching movies and TV series with traveling. More than half of those surveyed (56%) watch movies and television series while traveling. In most cases, this is a way to spend time on the road.

78% of those surveyed watch movies on the plane. 30% of those surveyed find time to do this at the airport and a quarter do it on the way to the airport. There are also those who resort to this type of entertainment “on the spot” of their trip. 38% of those surveyed watch movies and television series at the hotel, 10% watch them on the beach or in the pool.
