As RIA Novosti reports, referring to the director of the Obninsk Palace of Culture, Irina Pakhomova, after this situation the Palace of Culture no longer intends to cooperate with the artist. No fee was charged for the performance and Chirkov himself was invited to the event as a media personality to draw the attention of teenagers to the competition.
But the House of Culture did not expect the famous artist to behave in this way.
“The situation, of course, is unpleasant for us. We do not hide it at all. For the guys, everything seemed to end on a positive note, because we celebrated the event, neutralizing a person who was really not needed at this event. So So much so, everyone was already in the final. “We are happy. I think this story will be forgotten,” Irina Pakhomova is quoted in the publication.
The scandal became known thanks to the SHOT and Baza Telegram channels, which published a video with the artist’s extremely inappropriate behavior. Chirkov himself has not yet commented on the situation in the media. According to the Mash Telegram channel, two bottles of whiskey were found in the artist’s dressing room, and they managed to neutralize the violent guest in the cultural center just an hour and a half after the start of the talent show.
The House of Culture learned that the artist was behaving strangely even before the start of the event and did everything to persuade Chirkov not to go on stage. But he deceived the organizers of the contest, said that he was going to the bathroom and he himself went to the stage and quite surprised the young spectators. One of the children even burst into tears at the famous actor’s obscene appearance.
